Just Salad is a chain of fast casual salad restaurants that serves salads, wraps, smoothies, soups, grain bowls, market plates, and toast boxes. It was founded in 2006 in New York City and now has more than 30 locations throughout New York City, New Jersey, Chicago, Kansas, Hong Kong, and Dubai.

Nick Kenner is currently the managing partner of Just Salad. Since opening their first Just Salad location in 2006, Kenner has grown the brand to 35 locations worldwide, remaining dedicated to his core principles, and staying ahead of the industry's ever-changing landscape. Under this leadership, Just Salad established an international presence with locations in Hong Kong and Dubai, and continues to thrive in New York City and Chicago.
